Cancellation Policy

Before Your Cleaning: • Remove items from floors, counters, and surfaces to be cleaned • Secure pets away from cleaning areas • Ensure utilities (water, power, heat/AC) are on • Provide access instructions and parking availability Scheduling, Deposits & Payment: • Card on file required to confirm appointments • $50 deposit required and applied to total • Payment due day of service unless otherwise agreed • Unpaid balances incur a 15% late fee per day after service Rescheduling & Cancellation: • 72-hour notice required to reschedule without penalty • Less than 72 hours or same-day cancellations incur a $50 fee • Fees charged to card on file or must be paid before rescheduling Travel & Access Fee: • $50 fee applies if cleaners cannot perform service due to no access, unit not ready, utilities off, or hazardous conditions Carpet Cleaning Terms: • Dry times range from 6–24 hours and are not guaranteed • Permanent stains, pet damage, wear, fading, or pre-existing issues are not guaranteed to be removed • Light furniture moving only; heavy items and appliances are not moved Service Guarantee: • Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours of service completion • After 72 hours, service guarantee is void Safety & Liability: • We may refuse or stop service due to unsafe conditions • Clients must secure fragile or valuable items • We are not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing damage, or undisclosed issues By booking service, you agree to these terms.
