Please review our booking policy carefully before scheduling your cleaning appointment. 📅 Scheduling & Confirmation All booking timeframes are considered requests only and are subject to change based on availability. After your booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation text from us with your official arrival time window. Please note that exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed, as schedules may shift due to traffic, prior job durations, or unforeseen circumstances. If any schedule adjustments occur, you will be notified promptly via text message. ❌ Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time. Cancellations made after this 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee. 🚗 Travel & Access Fee A $50 travel fee will be charged if our cleaner arrives and is unable to perform the cleaning due to: No access to the property, The property not being ready for service, or Any other condition that prevents the scheduled cleaning from being completed. ⚠️ Service Conditions & Upcharges All bookings are for standard cleanings only, which include basic tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and light surface wiping. Deep cleaning services must be specified at the time of booking to ensure proper scheduling and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse service or apply additional charges for homes that are extremely dirty, affected by hoarding, severe neglect, or hazardous conditions.
